Can you comment regarding the vagus nerve and premature ventricular contractions (PVCs). I can feel there is a relationship and as a biology major many years ago I have an idea why, but would like to have your opinion on what to do, e.g. more stimulation or less; how?

Hey Joe, I recently bought a portable hyperbaric chamber for my home (mainly to recover from TBI from my professional sporting career). Love it and thinks its making a huge benefit! Was wondering if you had any tips on how I can maximize my use of this, whether it be a "pre-chamber supplement" cocktail (ie. Antioxidants, glutathione, Nitrous Oxide enhancers, etc.), tips during the chamber session, or a "post-chamber cocktail"? It doesn't have to be a nutritional hack, but whatever you think. (I also have an oxygenator with it where I increase O2 saturation to 90%. I usually stay in there 60-90mins. And I started 1 month "on" and take 1 month "off") Any advice would be helpful. My question has to do with protein powders that are created from plant sources that are high in lectins and saponins. Do the processes used to create these powders cause the plant material to surrender their lectins and saponins during processing or do they retain them? I'm most concerned with the powders that derive their protein from quinoa which contains gut damaging saponins and powders that use lectin-containing seeds as their source. If you don't have certaintly about my question please pass on it. You may have to go to the actual manufacturers and query their production people. But if you do have certainty it would be very beneficial information to probably each and every subscriber you have. Thanks Joe!
Also, what brand of CBD Oil do you recommend? And what do you recommend for best absorption? Capsules or Tincture?
I have an oura ring and it shows consistenly low HRV at night. Can a "broken" limbic system be causing this? I have had pretty constant anxiety throughout my life. I meditate and do breathing exercises but can't seem to improve it. Any other suggestions on what to do for a low HRV?
I suffered from anxiety and depression for the last 8 years and plan on trying CBD Oil. However, I had a scientific question about CBD oil. Does CBD oil balance out CB1 and CB2 receptors throughout the body and brain?
